The main bathroom in the Earthship includes a hot tub, the only tub in this home. There are 3 cistern areas on the property for a capacity of approximately 6,000 gallons. The cistern in front of the Earthship collects the water from the main bathroom roof plus the greywater from the sinks and shower. This water is used to water outside, in the greenhouses and the inside planters. The plants love the soft rainwater! There's a new septic system as of Spring 2025 with a capacity for 3 bedrooms at a cost of $15,800.
