Originally from Amarillo, BJ fell in love with the rugged beauty of Northern New Mexico when he was a teenager and has called Angel Fire home since 2003. Knowledgeable and experienced, including more than 20 years in the construction industry, his versatility and know-how makes sure you have the best experience possible when building or buying your mountain dream home.
A desire to better serve his clients first inspired BJ to obtain his real estate license over 10 years ago. Today, his expertise as a home builder and realtor provides the best of both worlds, allowing you to explore and, ultimately, decide with confidence which option is best for your unique needs.
BJ is a member of the local home builders association and on the board of the local real estate association. He also works to maintain the beauty and value of Angel Fire by serving as a board member of the Angel Fire Environmental and Architectural Control Committee.

As a Project Manager for Lindsey Custom Builders, Mel works directly with the new home build owners to ensure a seamless process through the build. She expertly assists them in the selection of finishes and guides them through each building phase of the project, all while working with our internal team to ensure all are on schedule and in full communication with changes and updates.
Mel is also a Realtor for Lindsey Land & Home. Mel began investing in real estate at an early age. Her extensive experience in buying, selling and renovating properties provides her real estate clients with a unique advantage whether they are looking for an investment or need help envisioning the possibilities of a remodel.
