After coming every summer for the last 20 years and renting a home for weeks or months at a time, Ken and Candy Francis decided it was finally time to build their own mountain retreat. BJ was able to find a lot that provided everything Ken and Candy were looking for. DL Frey designed this single level home in a functional mountain style with some Southwest flair. The home is very comfortable for the two of them, with room for guests but in 2016 they decided they needed more space so they added on a bedroom. You would never know that it was an addition, it flows so smoothly in to the original part of the house.
Since returning to Austin after moving into our fabulous new second home in Angel Fire, I told several people about our experience with your Company. After building us this great house, taking care to make it so comfortable for us, and then to top it all off – the guys that built it (BJ, Kent, Shawn, and Pete) moved all our furniture from a warehouse into it. And they hung the drapery rods and mirrors! Working together with you has been a pleasure. And we came in within budget – on time! Having built a number of houses in my life I can say without reservation this has been by far the best. Thank you for a wonderful experience building our new home in Angel Fire!
